NYC Skyline

2021 - Oil Paint on a black canvas- 8” x 18”

The NYC Skyline is the view at night from the Pier A Park in Hoboken, NJ, overlooking the Hudson River, looking back to the famous New York City skyline. For this painting, I used pastel colors only, to make the city lights stand out while reflecting off the river, as captured on the black canvas. Of course, that was only after taking Pam to her beloved Carlos Bakery, where we found a few baked items to enjoy first.
